We employ the services of trained housekeepers to ensure the apartments remain clean and fresh for every guest. All of the luxury apartments are air-conditioned and there is free secure guest parking in each resort.

Gold Coast Holiday Apartments - What Is Included?
Unless specified otherwise, our Gold Coast holiday accommodation is "fully self contained" which means everything necessary for a self catering holiday is included in the apartment. Guests only need to bring their personal effects. The following are the typical inclusions.
· All kitchen cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware
· Electric stove (range), oven, and microwave
· Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen
· Laundry washer and dryer
· Clothes iron and ironing board
· Electric jug and toaster
· Clothes hangers
· Vacuum, Broom, Mop, dust pan and cleaning utensils
· Colour TV, DVD / Stereo
· Austar or Foxtel
· Hair dryer
Many apartments provide internet connections allowing guests can stay in touch with their email and the internet in the apartments and those that do not there is internet computers within the resort to use for a small fee. Some properties have the connectivity in the guest apartment and others provide an internet kiosk facility.
Apartments are usually serviced on a 7 or 10 day cycle. More frequent servicing can usually be arranged for an extra cost.
Sleeping Configurations
The usual sleeping configurations for apartments consists of a King or Queen size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in each of the other bedrooms. Other apartments have 2 queen bed or 2 king beds that can convert into 4 single beds some apartments also have a sofa bed lounge.
· 3 bedroom sleeps 6
· 2 bedroom sleeps 4
· 1 bedroom sleeps 2
Most accommodation allows for an extra person so a 2 bedroom can accommodate 5 and a 3 bedroom can accommodate 7. This arrangement usually works best if the extra person is a child. The extra bed is usually a roll-away and in some cases it may be a pull-out sofa bed.
Extra person charges will apply to cover the bed rental, extra bed and bathroom linen and servicing costs.
High Rise Apartments
High rise apartments will generally provide the best views, great ocean breezes that can eliminate the need for air conditioning although all apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning and elevator access to all levels. While most holiday makers prefer the views that are usually found in high rise apartments, not everyone has a head for heights or children may be of an age where playing on high rise balconies may be considered a safety risk.
